Battlefield 2 Dedicated Server?

I have made plenty of LAN/network servers, but is there a way to make an INTERNET, that people in China or England could play? It does not have to be ranked, I just want a simple easy dedicated INTERNET server. I saw Wolfservers and my computer is better than half of their servers. Could I just do the samething they are doing but for my computer?
