-100mbs transfer rate
-2.0 Dual Core Process
-2 or 4 GB RAM
-100GB storage with hot swappable and at least Raid 1
-Backup
Will need to be managed and firewalled. Any suggestions for reliable providers? Thanks.

You should also check cloud hosting from Rackspace and Amazon.

The providers you mentioned have 100 uptime but theyre good enough what is your server is more reliable than any dedicated server all raid1 xeon ecc ram servergrade hardware this means that your budget exactly at unixy we.
